when i start the game a website opens up and i have to login to wargaming.net to play but when i do that a message comes up and says "failed to authenticate" and then the game closes

I have the exact same problem, I even got an e-mail saying I successfully activated my code. Devs, please sort this shit out. I didn't become a tester to not being able to start my game...

i got same error.. any1 knows how long support need to answer approxmately ? 2-3 weeks?

 

edit: and where do they answer? in email or on website?

I received the invitation today and I've just installed the game and got the same problem, what should i do now?

seems to me, its a classic issue. Same here.

I had to redo my email account and still, "failed to authenticate"

I take an other 5min for this, if nothing is sorted, fck this shit. I got plenty other games...

Hey, so I have an invite but my alpha key is tied to a wargaming account that doesn't seem to exist anymore? When I try to recover my account (which I have a confirmation email for) it tells me my email is not tied to an account?

 

EDIT: Just realised it is because I made the account on the US website instead of EU for some reason...

I got the same problem: Fail to authentificate
I think I got the key for the game because of steam, where I did play quite often.
And I also think steam knows that I am European, so my agree to the terms of policies is europaen, so this should also be correct.
I deinstalled game at steam, and installed by wargaming id. All when fine untill I started the game, that was correctly in german: Spiel starten. Nice.
TW Arena is english only. But still failed to authentificate.
I think we all have to wait untill our account is correctly connected to the TW Arena gameplay and servers.

So - Taxitus would like to see the rumble on the field with my Arminius general.

I had customer service reset my accounts and move the key to my EU account but I'm STILL getting this error. Ugh.

same Problem here, cant Test the Game. "Failed to authenticate"

It's up to 2-3 days so it might take less time. And the sooner it's sorted the sooner you'll be able to play. If you haven't done so please contact Customer Support (https://eu.wargaming.../tickets/create) to have this issue solved. This way you will all be ready for next Alpha weekend.

Best option would be scroll mause up and read previus answer from Akriom.
