I am not tech savvy and none of this makes any sense to me. EXCEPT i paid for a starter bundle ages ago for a game i really wanted to get into.

After weeks of trouble downloading the game client at all with basically useless tech support. Listing a long list of technical things to do which i don't understand doesn't really consititute good advice.

I now have this fatal security error OOOOOOOOOOOXD or whatever it is. I could submit a ticket? But i will just get another load of technical Jargon thrown at me. Or told to reinstall the game Which i am too scared to do given how long it took me to do so in the first place.  I am close to snapping and if this is the level of support vs issues this game is having then someone isn't doing their job.  WOWP and WoT had much less issues.
