Failed to connect to profile server

After every batle mesage is displayed: "Failed to connect to profile server"  And then game crashes. :ohmy: It starts today.

I've got "failed to connect to catalogue server". Everything worked perfectly, I then got 30sec "CPU lag" in a match (while my CPU didn't really lag: stream and browser worked fine, just the game froze). After the game I had the problem. The launcher also shows error messages 2 out of 3 times I want to start the game.

I have the same problem. I played yesterday then the game freezes and told me I lost connection. Then it did not start again. It shows 4 out of 5 times an error ( Error: 0xf000  ) if the game starts it tells me "failed to connect to catalogue server" and when i press ok the client closes and i´m back at my desktop......

 

Check and Repair in wargaming center doesn´t help. Deinstalling and new download doesnt help. Reinstalling the game center and new download of the game in a different folder doesnt help.....

I have the same Problem. I tried the same tinks, but nothing helped....

PLZ WG we need a fix of this issue.

 

I opened a Ticket at Wargaming.  Date: 07.10.17

Did run in exactly the same error! :-( .... yesteday it did work and today I can not launch it! ..... Word of Tanks does work via the launch center ...

Hey guys,

 

i have same problem: launch error 0xf000 , sometimes a few trys later game starts but then the massage "failed to connect to catalogue server" ends the game.

Hope for some fixes :)

Same here.

All is fine, the internet works, all other programs work with the internet.

Starting the game:

4 of 5 times error 0xf000 

or, if it starts ... failed to connect to profile server or item catalogue ...

very frustrating :/

I´m now able to connect sometimes and get the game starting without errors.

 

I deinstalled it and deleted everything related to total war arena from the registry. It helped but the error and not being able to connect to catalogue server message still appear and it takes some tries to be able to get into the game and the client isnt feeling stable at all but it runs....

 

 

Edit: Ok now I get the error again when trying to start the client....it needs some tries to get the client started.....Problems not solved :(

Interesting fact! I installed the game on my Notebook and had exactly the same issues....

Same thing here got disconnected right after a battle now the game doesnt start anymore
