Okay folks I am sitting on day number 11!!!! Any news or update in regards to the people who didn't get any of their founder pack items???? 11 days is a bit excessive!!! Especially for a 70$ pack!!!

That's absurd, and the lack of communication isn't feeling good either as I too am waiting to receive what I've paid for.

Ive got another fail
Ive bought at first the pack for 9,99€ and played a few rounds. After a while ive bought/upgraded to the package for 29,99€, but there was no discount for this upgrade. Ive only the 2 units and 30 days more of premium but the extragold left.
Is it wanted like that?

I bought the founder package of 10 € on 09/09/2017 and I did not receive an email with the code to play and when I enter the game it leaves "error to authenticate", somebody can help me, because the web support is saturated XD
