Well Mr. Chaos I don't see them fixing it over the weekend so perhaps Monday then...........We shall see.......... Me so sad :(

I think it's a pity, because I bought it for the event and now sit without. Actually, they can keep it now and I'll take back my money again.

hi i just got the Ultimate Bundle but only got some gold and onto the game none of the goodies?

Okay folks I am sitting on day number 11!!!! Any news or update in regards to the people who didn't get any of their founder pack items???? 11 days is a bit excessive!!! Especially for  a 70$ pack!!!

That's absurd, and the lack of communication isn't feeling good either as I too am waiting to receive what I've paid for.

Ive got another fail :( 

 

Ive bought at first the pack for 9,99€ and played a few rounds. After a while ive bought/upgraded to the package for 29,99€, but there was no discount for this upgrade. Ive only the 2 units and 30 days more of premium but the extragold left.

Is it wanted like that?

They told me it was suppose to only charge the difference and supposedly it would show up on the payment screen when you paid!

In my case ive payed 9,99€ for the smallest pack, for the upgrade ive payed 29,99€. All together ive payed 39,98€, but ive got only the following benefits: Gold and Premiumtime for the "classic-bundle" and the units & premiumtime from the package for 29,99€.

 

My problem: ive payed 10€ too much. Normally i should get the package for 39,99 instead of the pack for 29,99€, because ive payed 29,99 and 9,99€.

I bought the founder package of 10 € on 09/09/2017 and I did not receive an email with the code to play and when I enter the game it leaves "error to authenticate", somebody can help me, because the web support is saturated XD

Seems crazy... now i want to upgrade to the biggest pack for 99,99€ and the purchase has failed... i should try again in 20 or 30 minutes... really? Not cool.

Have you checked your ticket recently? Mine stilll reads in queue but when I clicked in on it I had received a message by the staff.

Nah bud I received a message from them on the 3rd and since then it has been silence! 9 days of silence on my ticket! Actually on the 3rd all the support guy had to say was we will let you know when we know pretty much......Can't I be gifted gold in the meantime??? I mean also the ticket has said processing since the 2nd but clearly it ain't processing right??? I mean if I dispute the charge then my account will be banned!!! So just sit here like a good little goon should I reckon..........I don't know this is just plain dumb 12 geez......Also too, mine hasn't said in Que since the 2nd instead they put it in processing state (whatever that means) with the loading icon.....Processing my butt..........

I got a reply this morning as well! It was asking for permission to log onto my account for "verification purposes", so of course I gave permission (why that was required is beyond me),but then later my ticket went back to saying processing.....So I hope it gets done soon.....Fingers crossed......

On my request where my Funderpack remains, today was answered with a guidance as I download the game. Thanks for nothing. I've been playing since 06th.

Just an update for the other guys having the somewhat same issue: I was offered a refund or a choice to wait on the developers so as it has already been 2 weeks and the support guy couldn't give me a date it would be applied to my account, well then, I went ahead and chose the refund. I told them if it could be applied tomorrow I would happily accept it but the response I got was "a refund has been initiated" and once that is completed then the matter will be finished on my end......I still don't understand though how it could be so hard for it to be applied to my account though?? But that's besides the point....I wish the rest of you guys the best of luck and hopefully my refund actually completes! Akriom, I give you a public THX on all the time you spent PM'ing me about the matter at hand and truly wish the NA mods would of been as willingly helpful as you were.....EU forum is lucky (after reading through most of the forum) to have such an unbiased mod like you.........
