I got my code for the closed alpha but didn't realize I was logged into the eu store instead of the asia store. So now I've got the alpha on eu when I live in Australia.

Is there anyway I can change this?

Sincerely,

condoor21

I don't even know if asia/australia have their own forum ?

Anyways, I think this is way better for you since european forum should be the most active one ( not sure whats going on in russian one ).

And I don't think it really matters for anything else. Different regions play together in those tests.

I guess it would only be worth it to change the region later on when the game is released so you can communicate/group up with people from your region.

It's always better to be in your regional forum and have your account linked to your region. Also, any bragging right you may have recorded will be recorded in the wrong region (Like the top 50s win arte we did for Alpha 7.)

So I would contact our Customer Support team to get this sorted. :) => https://eu.wargaming.../tickets/create

Also, we do have forums for Asia: http://forum.totalwararena.asia/ ;)

If you can give me your ticket number I can contact the Asian Community team and ask them to chase the Customer Service team on this ticket to check it's status. :)

Asia didnt get a top 50s win rate or any of that, also the forums are dead. Id say stay in EU for now.

You should notify Asian Employer from Wargaming about your opinion

Akriom is responding for Europe only

Already have Xeir, so have others. Just warning condoor21 that we don't actually have competitions on the asian forums and its not very active.

You should just stick to european forum in my opinion. More People. But still not enough.  Sometimes you even get an answer from CA Devs, which is lovely. You don't really seem to get answers from WARGAMING, though. They only seem to care about "customer support". You spent your money and they will be your slaves for your money. Anything else doesn't seem to be important. And they are cockblocking us with region locks, in fact they are ruining this game with region locks. So much about community and wargaming. Feel free to join our european community and just ignore the asian forums for now, because they don't exist. Just like bragging rights dont exist in "technical alpha tests". Cheers.

CA are the developers, that is why they and not Wargaming are answering to Gameplay related threads, while wargaming is responsible for marketing & publishing.

Well. Thank you for that information. Mr. Obvious ? I'm aware of that fact. But it still doesn't justify the behaviour of Wargaming.

CA and wargaming seem to have different problems. But I think Wargaming is one of the biggest problems right now. Atleast for the community. CA just needs to realize that this is just a shitty free to play game. It's not a blockbuster like total war:warhammer, ok ? It doesn't have to be perfect. Not from the start atleast, time and experience is essential for the success. I think you had like 3 or 4 years of time by now ... ? Whatever. Get it done and release the game please. We need more people here!
